These terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) govern your use of the L&G Store website and your purchase of products from L&G Store. By using the L&G Store website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Products

L&G Store manages its own products and makes every effort to ensure that the 3rd party products it sells are as described. Any defect will be replaced, but any refund will only be allowed if the order has not yet been processed.

3. Payments

All payments must be made directly to one of L&G Store’s three bank accounts in New Zealand, Australia, or the United States. These accounts are created under the L&G Store brand name in each of those countries.

4. Order Confirmation

Once you have placed an order, L&G Store will send you an email to confirm your order.

5. Local Pickup and Delivery in Tonga

All local pickup and delivery in Tonga will be carried out once L&G Store has confirmed your payment in one of its bank accounts. To make it easier, please quote your order number as a reference in your direct bank deposit to L&G Store’s bank account so that it can easily identify your payment. You must also ensure that the recipient in Tonga provides a valid ID to obtain the funds sent.

6. Money Transfer

L&G Store follows the guidelines set up by the Tonga Reserve Bank for money transfer. It also has a license to carry out money transfer from anywhere in the world to Tonga, so long as you pay to one of its three bank accounts.

7. Right to Refuse Service

L&G Store reserves the right to refuse service to any customer without any reason.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Tonga.

9. Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and L&G Store with respect to your use of the L&G Store website and your purchase of products from L&G Store.

10. Severability

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck from these Terms and Conditions and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

11. Waiver

No waiver of any provision of these Terms and Conditions shall be effective unless in writing and signed by both you and L&G Stor

12. Notices

All notices and other communications under these Terms and Conditions shall be in writing and shall be deemed to have been duly given when:

13. Headings

The headings in these Terms and Conditions are for convenience only and shall not affect their interpretation.
